I recently got tagged by the lovely Rach from whatrachloves to do the Seven Deadly Sins of Beauty Tag. I’d already done this tag in video form, but in honour of my recent tagging, I decided to update this post with a written transcript as well!
Seven deadly sins beauty tag Questions & Answers
Greed: What is your most inexpensive and expensive beauty item?
Most inexpensive: MUA Custom 15 Colour Eye-shadow Palette (see how I created it here)
Most Expensive: Elizabeth Arden 8 hour Cream or my Salon cut and highlights every few months.
Wrath: What Products do you have a love hate relationship with?
Nail Polish (I love spicing up a look with a bit of nail polish but why won’t it stay on my nails without badly chipping within 24 hours of applying!)
Gluttony: What are your most delicious beauty products?
Tesco soft & smooth body lotion (cocoa butter = yum!), GOSH on stage lip jam (delicious bubblegum flavour), LUSH Mask of Magnaminty (so minty and cooling!).
Sloth: What beauty product do you neglect due to laziness?
Again, nail polish. Also blow drying hair and styling/straightening (After doing my make-up I can’t usually face another 30 minutes+ doing my hair, so up it usually goes into that horsey hair classic: the pony tail!)
Pride: What beauty product gives you the most self confidence?
A really vibrant lipstick that can’t be missed like a hot pink or peachy coral!
Lust: What attributes do you find most attractive in the opposite sex?
Big smile, loving, open minded, understanding, easy to talk to and fun to be around. If he’s got all of the above, he can look like an ogre for all I care!
Envy: What items would you most like to receive as a gift?
Clarisonic Mia or GHD hair straighteners. (My hairdresser told me off yesterday for still owning/using my really old Remington hair straighteners!)
