nspa Fruit Extracts Fresh Sweet Raspberry Shower and Bath Gel – 500 ml
This was a Christmas present from my sister. It’s the first time I’ve tried any of the fruity nspa shower and bath gels but this is amazing! It smells delicious; very sweet and fruity. The nspa bath and shower gels are sold in ASDA and are only £3 each or 2 for £4 at the moment which is great value for money especially as they contain a huge 500 ml of product which is twice the size of many other shower gels. I also love that nspa is a spa brand as it definitely adds a bit of decadence to my daily shower / bath routine!
nspa Shower Puff

I decided to refresh my shower puff recently so I threw out my old one which had gt a bit saggy and I got out this new cream one which came in an nspa Christmas gift set. It think goes well with the nspa bath and shower gel!
Sanctuary Spa Convent Garden Body Scrub – 200 ml
|
Sanctuary Spa Convent Garden Body Scrub – 200 ml |
This scrub is nice and gentle, it contains a wealth of quite extravagant ingredients and of course that signature Sanctuary Spa scent, but this is going to take a lot of effort to finish up as I’m not a regular user of body scrubs and it’s already been hanging around in my bathroom for ages! I’ve already reviewed and used up a Sanctuary Spa Body Wash and Sanctuary Spa Body Butter that I got in the same Christmas gift set as this scrub. I don’t personally like to use a body scrub in place of a body wash or shower gel, so I always wash first and then go in with a scrub to polish and exfoliate the skin after cleansing. This additional step adds extra time onto my ordinary shower / bath routine and I’m just too lazy to bother doing it very often! If you like to fake tan regularly, you are probably familiar with the necessity of using body scrubs but I rarely use fake tan so that’s another reason I’m probably less likely to reach for a body scrub very often.
Reve De Provence Argan Soap* – 150 g
|
Reve de Provence Argan Oil Organic Soap Bar 150 g |
After being an avid user of body washes and shower gels for so long, a humble bar of soap can make a lovely change. And this soap is more than just your average bar of soap! It’s a French soap containing organic Argan Oil. It contains 99.04% natural ingredients and it is perfumed by essential oils. Although the fragrance of this soap isn’t my favorite, it has grown on me quite a bit and I have been enjoying using it. This soap create a rich, moisturizing lather and thoroughly cleanses my skin without leaving it dry. I think that this soap retails for around £5 which isn’t too bad for a specialty soap. If I repurchase this soap in the future, I will be choosing a different fragrance to try.
bnatural Relaxing Bath Soak – 150 ml
|
bnatural Relaxing Bath Soak |
The bnatural range used to be sold in Tesco but has now been discontinued. I really like this bath soak, it contains a wonderful mix of ingredients including chamomile, geranium, honey and organic aloe vera. It smells lovely; very floral and a little herbal but perhaps most importantly, it creates a lot of bubbles! It doesn’t contain any artificial colours, synthetic fragrance, mineral oil or parabens. The fragrance is 100% natural and it is also suitable for vegetarians. It’s a lovely product and a shame it is no longer available.
No7 Sumptuous Bath Soak – 30 ml
|
No 7 Sumptuous Bath Soak |
This is a sample product and I think it probably came in a No. 7 Christmas gift set one year. It’s another nice bath soak which has a beautiful and delicate floral scent. It contains a sandalwood fragrance that is perfect for when you feel in need of a little TLC. It also contains rosehip oil which leaves the skin feeling soft and nourished. I really like this bath soak and I would consider picking up a full size version of this at some point in the future, especially with one of the Boots No7 money-off vouchers.
femfresh Intimate Hygiene Triple Action Pure & Fresh Gel Wash – 250 ml
|
femfresh Intimate Hygiene Triple Action Pure & Fresh Gel Wash |
I apologize if this last product is a bit TMI but I always use a separate gentle, PH balanced soap free wash on *certain areas* of my body! I absolutely hate being left with that feeling of irritation that some body washes can create. Femfresh is a great product to use but there are other brands that that have similar products that work just as well. This Pure and Fresh Gel Wash has already lasted me ages and it can also be used as a normal shower gel too which has been handy a few times when I’ve ran out of my regular body wash. And I also love that blue color!

I don't have quite so many things in my shower (no room) but I do use No 7 products and really enjoy them. The others here I'm not familiar with, but would love to try the body scrub!
